The year is set to deliver more than 1000 new performances and events including 365 artist commissions, a series of major arts festivals as well as exciting national and international collaborations. Geographically, the district includes the city of Bradford as well as main towns of Keighley, Ilkley and Shipley as well as a number of smaller towns and villages, each with its own strong and distinctive identity, including Saltaire - a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich industrial heritage and cultural significance.
